Abercrombie & Fitch

Reference Letter

January 30, 2010

Michael Anderson worked for me at Abercrombie & Fitch for over three years consistently delivering quality service to the company and consumer.

I recommend him without inhibition due to his ability to multitask and complete many different tasks under the umbrella of duties he was assigned, including folding clothing, running the register, greeting patrons, and most notably using his personable social skills to increase sales and create a fun and exciting work environment.

His outgoing personality pushed through any reticence of a potential customer, thus constructing an environment for the client to open up about their needs and desires which he would then supply the proper products to, facilitating our sales.

Not only was he a great employee, but he is great to be around. Michael is a positive person that used innovation and determination to surpass any low point he, the company, or I may have had. His being in the store helped to overcome the operational problem that Abercrombie & Fitch has had for years; the unfriendliness of the company image, and for this aspect alone he was worth having on the pay roll. So often it is difficult to find an employee excited about work and the business processes, however Michael does not conform to this generalization and brought a bit of sun to work. In fact, this led to his nickname, Sunshine.

If you are looking for a dedicated, and if I have not stressed it enough, an enjoyably innovative employee, Michael is your guy.
